Happy New Year!

• Well its a new year again and with the new year comes new resolutions and mine is to make this years Palantiri the best yet. Well actualy its to eat less chocolate while playing MUME but it sounded better.
  
• Im sure all our thoughts and well wishes to any and all who lost friends and family to the tsunami on the 26th of December. I am a regular visitor to www.thehungersite.com/ where by simply clicking a button every day donations will be made to those who need it most. Please click!
• A good many Swedish and other mume players had a good scare when trying to get word of friends and family in the Tsunami hit areas. Thankfully we've not heard of any losses among the friends and family of mumers but not all may be accounted for. Please keep these people in your thoughts.
• On a lighter not after a good Christmas with family (I now know this is possible and not just a greetings card myth!) and a hectic birhtday party for my son (who is now 3 :S) I have settled back into the routines at home. My kids are back at school (YAY!) and I have more time and energy to devote to you lot. If there is anything you feel I should be writing about here let me know, most likely I'll shoot you down in flames - like you P(Paja) who wanted me to post stuff about my breast size ;) - but you never know. Just Joking This is ment to be for you guys to let us know about the real you behind the characters. If you have joys and sadness let us know and we can all share in it.

• Thanks to all those who have supported making the rangers list (especily Rimuldor who alfabetised it for us and all those who played spot the darkie in the list ;).
  
  Well thats all from me this month - short and sweet again, but with all this 'excitment' I need to go and have a lie down.

• New Years Eve on Mume passed with not much fanfare, several of the Valar did shouts and some handed out goodies. Then a few days later all the Holiday decorations around Mume were carefully taken down and boxed up for next year.

• There will also at some point be a UK MUME meet, just as soon as I get around to arranging this.
• First, anyone who wishes to see their birthday listed, please let me know if so all can celebrate in your getting older and hopefully wiser. My apologies if you are on the list and its your birthday this month and your name isn't up here; we are having some very minor technical difficulties with the change-over but happy birthday to you anyway.
