As we already started looking for Irish players
last week, here is another news. Player of Lochdale is
originally from Ireland, although he spends his working
time in US, Chicago
. He travels
back home fairly often, and would gladly meet all the players that are
from Ireland, since he hasn't met any yet.
- Player of Dwas/Gwendolyn is
moving away from Belgium, off to
Berlin .
And as he has stated himself, he probably won't be able to play from
there. But- as we all know, until you are able to connect, you certainly
cannot quit this addiction!
- As I happened to chat some with
Gwaywffon yesterday, i found out
about his most interesting hobby, which he gladly shared to all of you.
Besides dealing with good old D&D, he also takes part in Dark-Age
Re-Enactment group that is called Regia Anglorum. It is a big
organisation with aout 750 members that re-play Anglo-Saxon, Viking,
Norman and British Living History. They get together, and have lots of
tournaments among other dark-age activities. In 3 weeks they will be in
Oystermouth Castle. It is open for tourists in summer, but when winter
comes, it is closed. So now their society has the castle for one full
week only theirs. As for Gwaywffon himself, he lives in Wales and works
as an engineer for a company that deals with astrophysics (makes
telescopes and such).
- Player of Khazgren, who lives
in US, is a part of stage-crew in local production of the 'Hobbit' . It
will be on stage in the local theatre, and they are currently trying to
get more people to join. As 'Hobbit' is a much lighter tale than the
Lord of the Rings, it promises to be a fun and merry tale. As for the
local theatre- Khazgren lives in the western upper peninsula of
Michigan
.
- As for the MUME inside news: Devastator
is roaming on the devilish number one spot for trolls, at the
level 60. Four steps behind of him stands ofcourse
Cele, ever present. On the black numenorean side,
Mochomurka has taken up playing again, since he felt
that Ragface's last level was a threat to his high
position. As he said himself: No-one can be too close to Mocho! Same
time both Elestir and Smrtihlav have
reached level 77
, they seem to be levelling as twins.. Was there ever a both
good and evil sided family.. now who might know!
- Heldo has played up his third maia. Due to some demotions and other
problems previous two were lost.
- Another maia, Draggor has vanished from this game. Due to this, also
his player-chart page is down, leaving us with more ranks or
level-statistics.
- This beginning of October seems awfully quiet of birthdays.. but i
can assure you that the end of this month will get quite crowded with
all those celebrations, and soon you have to go jogging Bree-GH to loose
all that cake-weight that you gobbled in!

I would be happy to receive new updates of all the profiles of
the MUME-players. Since time has gone by, interests have changed,
and people have aged .. please feel free to load me (liliah@elvenrunes.com ) with
your new pics and profile updates! |
