First of all: an old era has ended and i am
happy to welcome you to the gossip of Mume 8
! .
- Some last year things i am in debt for:
Rut who spent her New Year in Tallahassee again, had a
funny adventure while they were partying. Taking a fresh breath of party
people and standing outside, she had to protect her boyfriend
Ajax! One guy came, and stepped up to Rut, asking
(pointing at Ajax) if that was her boyfriend. Rut pondered and answered
yes. So the guy told her that he is mad at her for grabbing such a nice guy away from him. But
the guy had a mustache, so Rut told him that Ajax doesn't like mustaches. Obviously reluctant to shave
it off, the man had to give up!
- Most of you know already, that Mume 8 has
introduced quite a many new features, along the new opened zones, as
well as lots and lots of new and improved socials.

she's not sobbing!)
- A new orc tribe, Zaugurz, has
been born. They dwell west of the New Orc caves, and are in war with
every possible other tribe on Arda. But as it was in the books: first
the both orc tribes get rid of larger enemy- the palefaces... and have
their tribal wars later. Let's see if this strategy is going to work for
our countless new orcs. First one to reach the Uruk status was
Zardaukar, with Nogir stepping on his
heels with haste. Zardaukar himself is off on the
business trip in Finland, and Nogir just passed him...
- Mume's base player numbers have risen heavily too. I spotted a day
when there was over 200 mortals on at the same time. So
it's true: the new mume 8 as well as the film has widened the player for
some amount. (For MUME by the numbers go to MUME.ORG and check out the official
statistics)
- New Orcs, New Zones and Bears, OH MY! As for
Beornings- these little (or should i mention ferocious)
bears don't have a new legend yet, but many of us had some beorning
chars stacked away. Highest is Antar, but he is retired
at the moment. Highest who _has_ played beorn after mume 8
started, is Eletherion. You can also spot him as *a ferocious
bear* in a log, on this site :)
- If you have lately looked at map global, you might
have spotted some mysterious new ?'s appearing onto the
map. Proof for Mume 8 developing even more!
- Many builders that took part in building Anduin Vale, have now
reached the Mw status including me (Liliah), Amandil, Mezmeree,
Quillis, Trent, and Trexus
.
- Birthdays: Crazack 22.
